TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Bald Ninjas (“the Game,” “the Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. LICENSE TO USE

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game without our prior written consent.

4. IN-GAME PURCHASES

The Game may offer optional in-game purchases (e.g., character unlocks). All purchases are final and processed by Stripe, Inc. Prices are displayed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your jurisdiction.

You acknowledge that digital goods (such as unlocked characters) are delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because digital goods are consumed immediately, they are generally not eligible for return or refund except as described below.

5. REFUND POLICY

Digital Goods: All sales of digital in-game items (character unlocks, cosmetic content, virtual currency) are final. Due to the nature of digital delivery, we do not offer refunds once the item has been unlocked or delivered.

Duplicate Charges: If you believe you were charged more than once for the same item, contact us within 14 days of the transaction. We will investigate and, if confirmed, issue a refund for the duplicate charge within 5–10 business days.

Technical Failure: If a purchased item fails to unlock due to a verifiable technical error on our end, contact us within 14 days with your transaction details. We will either restore the item or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Unauthorized Charges: If your payment method was used without your authorization, contact your bank or card issuer immediately. We will cooperate with Stripe and law enforcement as required to resolve fraud claims.

To request a refund or report an issue, visit https://www.picturestudios.com/contacts/ and include your transaction ID, date of purchase, and a brief explanation. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

6. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person through the Service.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content in the Game — including artwork, music, code, text, and trademarks — is owned by Picture Studios or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PICTURE STUDIOS LP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the Service immediately ends.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
